The Request for Proposals process for companies to submit bids on the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Site Redevelopment Project has now closed.
Four companies were shortlisted and invited to respond to an RFP in November 2023.
All four of those companies submitted their proposals by Wednesday’s deadline.
Those companies are Ledcor Construction Limited, M. Sullivan & Son Limited, Pomerleau Inc. and Quinte Care Partners.
Infrastructure Ontario says submissions will be evaluated over the next few months.
A successful proponent is expected to be announced this summer, pending final approvals, with a fairness monitor overseeing the entire procurement process.
Both Infrastructure Ontario and Quinte Health are working with the Ministry of Health on the delivery of the project.
