Prince Edward County is hosting a public information meeting for a Picton subdivision application.
The meeting for the Fawcette Avenue subdivision application will be held Tuesday, April 16 at 6 p.m. at Picton Rotary Hall (375 Picton Main Street).
The County has received an application to approve a Draft Plan of Subdivision and a Zoning By-law Amendment.
The development proposal involves the western portion of Fawcette Avenue at Millennium Trail and asks for permission to develop the site into a combination of 31 single-detached and 54 townhouse dwellings.
Anyone who would like to attend the public meeting is asked to register by contacting Matthew Coffey, Planning Approvals, Coordinator, at mcoffey@pecounty.on.ca by noon on Monday, April 15.
The public meeting is an information meeting only and no decision will be made at that time.
Materials for the application can be viewed on the County website:
