Hospice Quinte has announced the return of the Eastern Ontario Caregiver Expo.
The expo will once again take place at the Ramada in Belleville on Saturday, April 6 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Its goal is to bring together local healthcare organizations, businesses, and social service program providers to help educate the public on the diverse services, products, and resources available to local caregivers.
“We are very excited to bring back the Eastern Ontario Caregiver Expo for its second year,” says Petra Lepage, Hospice Quinte’s Executive Director, in a press release. “It’s an extremely valuable event for anyone who provides care in any capacity and we’re proud to be able to organize something so important to the community.”
Over 50 businesses, groups, and organizations will be in attendance helping caregivers find resources in their community and connect with other caregivers.
There will also be speakers discussing topics related to healthcare and the services they provide.
