A 36-year-old city man is being held for a bail hearing after officers were called to what was initially reported as a family dispute, Wednesday morning.
Officers arrived in the area of Glendale Road and Parkdale Drive around 11:30 a.m. and spoke with several involved in the incident.
Following an investigation, the 36-year-old man was arrested for uttering threats, weapons dangerous and assault with a weapon.
He was transported to the Belleville Police Service where he is being held for a bail hearing today.
