A Trenton woman has been charged after a collision with a marked police cruiser.
At around 8:15 a.m. on Saturday, Northumberland OPP were already on location investigating a collision on Highway 401 west in Hamilton Township.
Police say a passenger vehicle was travelling west, lost control, and collided with an unoccupied police vehicle that was parked on the shoulder.
The passenger vehicle stopped off the roadway and there were no injuries.
A thirty-eight-year-old woman from Trenton was charged with careless driving.
