There was a small fire at a commercial development in north-end Trenton early Wednesday.
Shortly before 5:30 in the morning Quinte West firefighters were called to the east side of the business plaza at 40 Frankford Crescent.
Smoke and flames were seen in one of the units. The fire was knocked down quickly and the space ventilated.
One person had to be treated by Hastings Quinte Paramedic Services for smoke inhalation.
Damage is estimated at around $75,000.
