The Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) announced that Trenton Golden Hawks captain Adam O’Marra has been named the Warrior East Conference Player of the Month for January. O’Marra easily led the 24-team league with 24 points (13 goals 11 assists) during eight games.
O’Marra had five-point games during January against Haliburton County and Aurora and four versus Oakville.
O’Marra leads the OJHL in points this season with 84 (37 goals/47 assists) in 45 games. He’s on pace for a 102-point season.
