A Belleville man faces a sexual assault charge after allegations he organized to have a property shown by a real estate company in June and then sexually assaulted a realtor, a woman.
The assault occurred on June 10.
Wednesday, 38-year-old Nicholas Foster turned himself in to Belleville police.
He appears in court next month.
