The CPKC Holiday Train rolls through the region Tuesday.
The train will stop in Belleville, Trenton and Brighton collecting donations for local food banks and raising awareness about food insecurity.
Anyway Gang will be performing at each stop.
The group features Sam Roberts, Sloan’s Chris Murphy, Dave Monks of Tokyo Police Club and Mennor Versteeg from Hollerado.
Now in its 25th year, the CPKC Holiday Train has raised more than $22.5 million and more than five million pounds of food for community food banks across North America.
CKPC HOLIDAY TRAIN NOVEMBER 28, 2023:
9:15 a.m. Belleville – West of the CPKC storage facility on Keegan Way adjacent to the CPKC tracks.
10:45 a.m. Trenton – RCAF Road and County Road 21, south side of railway crossing.
11:30 a.m. Brighton – East of CPKC railway crossing on Prince Edward Street.
Food and monetary donations will be collected at each location.
