The Hartford Wolf Pack slipped past the Belleville Senators 4-3 in overtime on Saturday night.
Max Guenette, Orrin Centzzo, and Angus Crookshank scored for the Sens.
The Senators scored the first goal, in the first period, and held the lead into the second where they got a second goal for a 2-0 lead. The Wolf Pack came back hard, tying the score in the second, and with a goal by both teams in the third, the game went to overtime, where a goal from the Wolf Pack let them take home the win.
Belleville Sens forward Angus Crookshank thought his team did well.
“I thought we played a really good road game. We had a couple stretches where we were kind of getting hemmed in, but that’s bound to happen. For us to kind of hang in there, it was a really good road game and I think we deserved better, quite frankly.”
The Sens are still on the road and up against the Bridgeport Islanders today.
