The City of Belleville’s Director of Economic Development is moving on from City Hall.
Heather Candler started with the City of Belleville last November and was involved in a number of projects, including the Workplace Inclusion Charter, which now has 18 Belleville workplace signatories.
She also launched a public safety pilot program in partnership with the DBIA that was demonstrating positive results for residents and businesses.
“We would like to thank Mrs. Candler for her service over the past year as she worked on a number of significant projects and built an outstanding economic development team for the City,” said CAO Rod Bovay.
Her replacement has not been named.
