UPDATE:
The 2021 Toyota Tundra stolen earlier today from a residence on Freemont Road has been recovered by Belleville Police in the city’s east end.
However, the firearm that was inside the vehicle at the time of the theft is still outstanding.
The firearm is described as a Traditions Pursuit Muzzle Loader.
Anyone with information about the outstanding firearm is asked to contact the Belleville Police Service at 613-966-0882 or Crime Stoppers at 613-969-8477.

Belleville Police are looking for the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle stolen from the driveway of a Freemont Road home early Wednesday.
Shortly before 5 a.m., officers were called to the residence, which is located in the city’s east end, for a report of a stolen vehicle.
The owner of a 2021 black Toyota Tundra with Ontario licence plate BL30805, came out of his home to start his vehicle and let it warm up. An unknown suspect entered the running vehicle and drove away.
The vehicle, which has black rims with red caps, also contained a hunting rifle.
