A Belleville man only has himself to blame after City Police found him bleeding profusely in the downtown-area at midnight. Police were called to a disturbance and located the 22-year old man with serious gash on his arm. Paramedics were called and the suspect was taken to BGH for treatment. Further investigation revelaed he’d punched and broken a window of a business. To add insult to injury…mischief charges are pending.
