Lennox and Addington OPP have charged an individual after a collision early Saturday.
Officers and other emergency services responded to a two-vehicle collision on Bath Road around 1 a.m.
One individual was transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers spoke with the driver of the other vehicle and an approved screening device was administered.
As a result of further testing, Benjamin Roberts, age 20 from Loyalist Township, was arrested and charged with operation causing bodily harm and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
The individual was released from custody and is to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on November 7.
