Starting Wednesday November 1st overnight parking restrictions will expand.
Parking will be prohibited on any street or city-owned parking lots between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
This is regardless of the weather forecast.
This is to facilitate street sweeping and snow clearing operations.
Vehicles could get ticketed or towed
