The Belleville Senators will have to settle for a split of their first two games of the American Hockey League season.
After a 3-0 victory over the defending Calder Cup champions in Hershey Saturday night the B-Sens fell 5-2 to the Phantoms in Lehigh Valley Sunday afternoon. Both of Belleville’s goals came in the opening 3:47 of the game, however, Lehigh Valley scored three short-handed goals including an empty netter.

Next up is the home opener Saturday night when the Laval Rocket come to the CAA Arena.
