It appears a passenger should have picked another ride on Monday night in Belleville.
Around 10:00 p.m., officers spotted a vehicle with front end damage near North Front and College streets.
While investigating the damage, the driver was found to be under suspension and one passenger wanted by police.
The passenger was turned over to another police jurisdiction and the 40-year-old driver was charged with driving under suspension.
The driver has a December court date and the vehicle was seized for 45 days.
