A suspect has been charged in an investigation from Monday evening.
Around 9:00 p.m., Belleville police were talking with an individual at Moira and Elgin streets, near Sidney.
Police allege an intoxicated person, not involved in the investigation, approached officers and was alleged to be agitating all involved.
He was warned to leave several times, however ,when he refused he was charged.
29-year-old Dylan Taylor was charged with obstructing a peace officer.
