It might not have been as sunny Thursday as the previous few days but it was still warm enough to break another high temperature record.
Environment Canada readings taken at CFB Trenton show the temperature spiked at 27.4 degrees to set a new record for October 5.
The previous record high of 26.9 degrees was set in 2007.
It was the third straight day a temperature record was broken.
The streak will likely end Friday with the forecast calling for a high of 21 degrees
The record for October 6 is 25.6 degrees set in 2005.
