The City of Quinte West has announced that Highway 2 from 2nd Dug Hill Road to County Road 40 will be closed to westbound traffic starting Wednesday to allow for road paving as part of the water main installation project.
The road will be closed on the following dates:
- Wednesday, Sept. 27, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 28, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 29, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Access to Little Farm Boulevard from Highway 2 will be maintained for local traffic.
Detours are in place south on 2nd Dug Hill Road, west on County Road 33, and north on County Road 40,
