The Wellington Dukes sunk the Caledon Admirals 4-2 in Friday night’s game at the Duke Dome.
Liam Lucas, Connor Hunt, and Colin Smith scored for the Dukes.
The Dukes opened up scoring at four minutes into the first frame, and grabbed a second unanswered goal to take a two-point lead into the second frame. The Dukes scored twice again in the second, while the Admirals claimed their first goal. The Admirals took a single unanswered goal in the third, but weren’t able to close the gap, leaving the Dukes with the win.
The Dukes’ next game will be against the Toronto Jr. Canadiens on Tuesday.
