An impaired driving investigation in Prince Edward County has resulted in several charges against a Belleville resident.
Ontario Provincial Police made an arrest after conducting a traffic stop on Highway 62 just before 2:30 Thursday afternoon.
Twenty-eight-year-old Morgan Newson is charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand, operation while prohibited, dangerous operation, driving while under suspension and speeding.
The driver was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on October 4.
Their vehicle was impounded for forty-five days and licence suspended for 90 days.
