A Madoc man has been identified as the victim of a fatal A-T-V accident west of Kaladar. Napanee O-P-P say 45-year-old Wayne Govier was killed when he lost control of the four-wheeler on the Trans-Canada Trail on Saturday evening, and was thrown off. The cause of the accident hasn’t yet been determined.
