Quinte West OPP have made an arrest after illegal drugs were allegedly abandoned inside a business.
Officers were patrolling Sidney Street in Quinte West around 4 a.m. on Sunday when they observed two suspicious persons enter a business.
One person, whom police did not identify, was arrested on outstanding warrants while the other left the area.
Officers then located a substantial quantity of suspected Fentanyl, that was abandoned inside the business.
An arrest was made shortly after.
Forty-four-year-old Ryan Seguin of Brighton is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and was held for a bail hearing.
