The grand prize of the 2023 Belleville General Hospital Foundation Car4Cancer Super Draw is heading to Stirling.
BGHF has announced that Wendy Clark of Stirling, Ontario is the winner of a 2023 Chevorlet Camaro Coupe.
When contacted, Wendy was said to be in disbelief but thrilled to learn that she and her husband would soon be “bombing around town in their new car.”
The hospital foundation says a record setting 8661 tickets were sold, and more than $173,000 was raised for the Dr. Douglas A. MacIntosh Cancer Clinic.
The campaign also saw four early bird prizes of $1000 each. Those winners were Harry Kranenburg of Quinte West, Glen Aasen of Trenton, Ms Downey of Belleville, and Margaret Inwood of Corbyville.
Plans are now underway for the Cash4Cancer Super Draw which is set to launch on September 11. The cash prize is $100,000.
