Dozens of employers will be looking to hire at the upcoming Quinte Region Career Fair.
The event will be held at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre on Wednesday, Sept. 13 from 1 – 6 p.m.
More than 50 employers will be on hand to showcase employment opportunities, promote their organizations and meet qualified candidates.
Job seekers should arrive interview-ready and do not need to register for this free event.
“The Quinte Region Career Fair will showcase job openings across multiple sectors within our region for people with various skill sets,” says Linda Lisle, Manager of Economic Development and Tourism Services for the City of Quinte West. “We will also have Employment Service Agencies on site to help prepare candidates for on the spot interviews.”
City of Belleville Director of Economic Development Heather Candler says many people interview on the spot and walk out of the building with job offers.
Public transportation to this event will be available from Quinte West and Belleville. For more information about the Quinte Region Career Fair and to search or promote local job openings, please visit quintecareerfair.ca.
