After a streak of daytime-use capacity was broken on Thursday, Sandbanks Provincial Park has announced it has once again reached capacity on Friday.
In an update, Sandbanks also says that they have already reached daytime-use capacity for Saturday and that as of 9:15 a.m. on Friday, they had reached 84% capacity for Sunday.
Before the streak was broken on Thursday, Sandbanks had reached daytime-use capacity for five straight days starting on July 22.
Quinte News has reached out to Ontario Parks to determine what is capacity at Sandbanks and is awaiting a response.
Those looking to secure a daily vehicle permit can secure one up to five days in advance at the Ontario Parks website.
