Another organization, and a large one, has signed on to the Belleville Workplace Inclusion Charter.
The latest to join is Quinte Health and its hospitals.
The charter’s goal is to encourage local businesses and other organizations to make inclusion a priority in their workplaces by setting hiring goals for women, visible minorities, and others.
Quinte Health has established a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and CEO Stacy Daub says one of the organization’s mottos is “Value Everyone.”
