Lennox and Addington OPP say they are investigating a slate of manhole covers and sewer grates being removed in Deseronto.
OPP say three young teens were seen on security video but police have not been able to identify them.
Police say the incidents could potentially be very serious due to the potential for strong damage to vehicles and bikes as well as injuries to pedestrians.
The investigation into the incidents is ongoing.
