A Trenton woman was arrested twice on the weekend, one of those arrests in connection with a stolen dog.
Late Friday morning, Quinte West OPP responded to Flindall Street, where a dog was taken from an apartment while the owner was away.
A 46-year-old woman was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000.
Then, Saturday morning around 10 a.m., personal property and prescription medication were reported stolen from a Queen Street residence.
Investigation led to the arrest of the same woman on charges of theft under $5000 and Possession of property obtained by crime.
