If you’re ever lost or in trouble…these are the people you want to come find you. An exercise in the Barrie-area is testing the skills of personelle from 4-2-4 Transport and Rescue Squadron at 8-Wing Trenton this week. Major Blair Siemens says they’re dealing with the scenario of an overdue aircraft and are waiting to be deployed by the Rescue Coordination Centre in Trenton. Tiger Ex 2009 includes the eighty 8-wing personelle, three Griffon Helicopters a C-130 Hercules aircraft and two civillian aircraft. The 4-2-4 Squadron returns to Trenton tomorrow afternoon.
