There was a natural gas leak at Stockdale Public School Monday morning.
Few details are known at this time, however, around 10 a.m., emergency crews responded to the elementary school at Will Johnson and Stockdale Road.
Students and staff were evacuated from the school but have since been allowed to return.
Officials indicated a reading of 27 parts per million in one of their readings.
Permissible levels are around 50 parts per million.
