MacDonald (Belisle), Sandra
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Mary (Belisle) MacDonald on April 30th, 2022, in her 74th year after a short battle with cancer. Sandra passed away in the comfort of her home. Beloved wife of 51 years to the late (Samuel) Ian MacDonald. Loving father of Lesley (Don) Kirk, Ian (Debra) MacDonald and Rob (Julie) MacDonald. Caring Gma to Sam, Sara, Jake, Kaylea, Eric, Jaidyn, Ashley, Emma, Laura, and great grandson Lincoln
Sandra was born December 21st, 1949, in Eganville, ON to Desmond and Hughina Belisle. She will be missed by her siblings: Lawrence (Wilda) Belisle, Daniel (Rhonda) Belisle, Robert (Tarz) Belisle, Catherine Ann (Denis) Fleury, Richard (Anita) Belisle, Christopher Belisle.
Sandra had a passion for music and reading. In her youth she enjoyed playing baseball, bowling and golf. After retiring she enjoyed traveling to the islands with Ian and loved watching the Tiger Cats, Blue Jays, Habs and Golf. Sandra was always up for a good time especially if it didn’t interfere with Jeopardy. Her positive attitude and outlook for life will be missed.
A celebration of life will be held for Sandra at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 170 Ellis Avenue, Pembroke, on Saturday, May 27th 2023 at 3:00 p.m.
