Belleville’s Planning Committee has recommended council approve a zoning by-law amendment to the site of a proposed car dealership.
The property is located at the southwest corner of Millennium Parkway and Highway 62.
Under the amendment, the zoning category would change, and a holding symbol would be placed to require a Traffic Impact Study on the property.
The total area of the vacant land for the proposed car dealership is a combined 5.46 hectares.
City staff have received no correspondence from the public regarding the application.
