Slower building activity continues in Prince Edward County.
The County issued 39 permits with a construction value of just over $10.1 million last month, down from 88 permits worth $26.8 million in March 2022.
Year-to-date, Prince Edward County has issued 220 permits valued at $53.9 million, below the 292 permits with a construction value of $75.3 million issued over the first four months of last year.
Last month’s statistics involved permits for six new homes and secondary suites.
