Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for the Belleville area.
Heavy rain is predicted for Sunday afternoon, with 40-50mm of rain expected.
Large volumes of rain can cause flash floods, and water pooling on roads.
The predicted rain could break the rainfall record for the 30th of April which is 33.6mm, set in 1996.
