Charges were laid against an intoxicated Belleville man at a city business Monday night.
Around 10 p.m., officers responded to the north end address, where the suspect had an outstanding warrant for breach of probation.
After a search, the man was alleged to have fentanyl on him.
The 37-year-old is facing charges.
