Belleville firefighters are on the scene of a grass fire on Herchimer Avenue Monday afternoon.
Fire crews were called to an area near station Street around 2:30.
Flames were reportedly covering approximately one acre of land.
Some areas of the street are being blocked off so traffic in the area may be disrupted.
