A Tyendinaga man has been charged after a vehicle went into the ditch on Highway 401 in Quinte West.
An OPP officer on patrol around 3 a.m. on Saturday saw a driver lose control of his vehicle and enter the ditch.
An investigation led to the driver, 26-year-old Bradley Gardiner, being arrested on a charge of failure or refusal to comply with breath demand.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court on April 20.
His vehicle was also impounded for seven days, and this licence was suspended for 90 days.
