Belleville council will decide on zoning by-law amendments eventually allowing two new housing developments in the city at its meeting Monday afternoon (March 13).
The city’s Planning Advisory Committee has recommended council approve rezoning to allow a five-storey long term care home along with 34 townhouses on vacant land at Sidney Street and Bell Boulevard.
Also recommended was a rezoning permitting 35 single family homes and nine townhouses as an extension of the Potter’s Creek Subdivision off Avonlough Road in the city’s west end.
Belleville council meets at 4 o’clock Monday.
