Quinte West council is expected to sign off on an industrial land sale at its meeting Wednesday afternoon.
Five acres of vacant land in the North Murray Industrial Park will be sold to Derry and Tomken Business Centre of Mississauga for $250,000.
A 200,000 square foot warehouse will be built on the property.
One major local manufacturer, which can not be named at this time, will be leasing one third of the building
with the rest of the space being available to other businesses.
