Congratulations to the Quinte West Golden Hawks U13 Select Team who went undefeated to win the Lefroy Ice Breaker Tournament over the weekend in Barrie.
The Golden Hawks opened the tournament on Friday with a 7-0 win over the Woolwich Wildcats and a 4-3 victory over the Brantford Saints.
They advanced to the final with a 6-0 win over the Russell Warriors on Saturday.
Sunday’s final was a rematch with Brantford, this time the Hawks winning 6-0 to take the A championship.
