Prince Edward County has rescheduled Monday night’s planned town hall meeting due to the weather advisory issued for the region.
The meeting about the County’s Community Plan has been moved to Tuesday, March 7, 6-8 p.m. in Highline Hall at the Wellington and District Community Centre.
Mayor Steve Ferguson says they want to make sure people who want to participate can do so without having to worry about bad weather.
The Community Plan will chart the County’s direction forward over the next decade.
Focus groups for representatives from community organizations and businesses are still scheduled to go ahead on February 28 and March 1, respectively.
Learn more about the plan and have your say on the County’s website.
In addition, surveys will be arriving in mail boxes this week which residents can fill out and mail back to the County; no postage is required.
