Charges have been laid following a disturbance at several banks in downtown Belleville on Thursday.
City police were called after several complaints at three different Front Street bank branches.
Officers says a man assaulted a staff member and was refusing to leave one location.
Fifty-six-year-old Dwayne Redcliffe was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of assault, three counts of mischief and one count of breach of a probation order.
He was held in custody.
