The Children’s Foundation of Hastings, Northumberland and Prince Edward has appointed Melanie Cressman as its Executive Director.
The appointment was effective January 9.
According to a release, Cressman has 20 years of experience as a small business owner specializing in providing programming for children and youth in North Hastings.
Recently, Cressman had been with the United Way Hastings and Prince Edward as Director of Donor Relations for five years.
“I’m honoured and excited to be joining this team!” Cressman says in a press release.
“The Children’s Foundation does such important work in our communities; providing opportunities for children and youth to reach their fullest potential. We know how hard the past few years have been for all families and TCF is committed to supporting as many as possible. I’m thrilled to be part of the team that gives kids opportunities to play, grow, explore, laugh and dream.”
