Tragedy struck a brother and sister in the village of Hastings in Trent Hills Friday night.
Fire completely destroyed a house owned by Billy and Lauren Copeland.
Luckily the they were not home at the time of the blaze so there were no injuries.
Billy, 30 years of age, is a non-verbal autistic man living in the care of his sister.
They were insured for the mortgage only with no coverage on the home’s contents.
A Gofundme page has been set up for the couple.
