The Under 12 “AA” Duvanco Homes Belleville Bulls have qualified for for next month’s Silver Stick finals in Newmarket.
Rowyn Haley scored a 7:48 of the second overtime to give Belleville a 3-2 win over the Eastern Ontario Cobras to win the Silver Stick Regional Qualifier in Georgina.
Belleville was 3-1 in the round robin portion of the tournament before a 3-2 win over Barrie in the semi finals.
The Bulls outscored their opponents 14-4 with one shutout.
Haley led all players in the tournament with 15 points in six games and was named the Most Valuable Player.
