Wednesday was a wet and windy day that produced a new rainfall record for the Quinte region.
According to data taken at CFB Trenton, 31.4 mm of rain fell, shattering the previous November 30 record of 23.8 mm set in 2010.
Meteorologist Kevin Williams’ Thursday forecast is calling for another windy day and some morning flurries, possibly snow squalls in some areas.
