Breach of Probation and Cause Disturbance
On November 24, 2022 at 5:32 p.m., Belleville police responded to the area of Ritchie Street and Catharine Street regarding a male causing a disturbance. The male was causing issues and trying to start fights with parents picking up their children. Police attended the area and located 61-year-old Ernest Haughton of no fixed address. Haughton was arrested and transported to the Belleville Police Service where he was charged with breach of probation and cause disturbance. He was later released with a court date of December 29, 2022.
