Theft of Mail
On November 23, 2022 at 8:32 a.m., Belleville police took a report of a theft of mail from a South Front Street address. The complainant had a video of a male sleeping in the lobby of the building, and he eventually broke into several of the mailboxes. The male was identified as 31-year-old Dillon Kerr of Belleville. Kerr was later arrested for:
